TERMS OF SERVICE
by commissioning me, the client is agreeing to all of the terms and conditions provided.
- clients MUST be 18 and above- i reserve the right to decline any commission request, for any reason.- clients can NOT use any of the commission art for NFT/AI training.- commercial use of the commission has to be discussed first and there will be additional fee. otherwise, it's personal use only.- depending on the difficiulty, my working time would be around 7 days up to a few months.- if you wish for your commission to be finished at a certain date, please make that clear in your request. Tight deadlines for difficult pieces will have additional fees.- always credit me if you post your commission online.
ABOUT PAYMENT
- payment is only accepted via Paypal.me or Ko-fi and either 100% upfront or 50% upfront and 50% after sketch.- clients can request up to 3 adjustment in total throughout the commission process after the sketch has been selected.- there will be a 5$ fee if you wish to have an additional adjustment after the first 3. And if it's requested, the client must give additional time for me to complete the commission.- if adjustments is requested after the completion of the commission, i reserve the right to refuse.- clients can not ask for a refund once the sketch has been selected, please be sure with your commission.- if for any reason, i on my part, am unable to finish the commission, a refund will be provided.

Note : these are all only the base price, details such as complex clothing, designs, BG, etc. will have additional fee (price depends on the complexity).
